These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the lg89 platform and all of its services. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms described below.
lg89 ("Platform", "we", "our") provides online betting and casino services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and form a legally binding agreement between both parties.
You should not create an account without reading and understanding these Terms. If anything is unclear, please contact our support team.
Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use services at lg89, the following conditions must be met:
- The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
- The applicant must be a real person — accounts may not be opened in the name of a bot, automated software, or any organisation.
- One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- It is the applicant's own responsibility to use the service in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
- If an account has previously been closed for any reason, opening a new account is not permitted.
lg89 may request identity documents or other records at any time for age verification. If documents are not provided, lg89 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account.
Account Registration & Management
Account Registration
When creating an account at lg89, you must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is opened with false or misleading information, it may be closed at any time and any deposited balance may be forfeited.
- The name, address, and identity document details provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential. Sharing the password with others is prohibited.
- If there is any concern about a security breach of the account, the support team must be notified immediately.
- It is the user's responsibility to update any changes to personal details (such as a mobile number or bank account).
Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure a safe and transparent service, lg89 carries out identity verification processes from time to time. This process is called KYC (Know Your Customer). KYC may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed or a bonus is activated.
Documents typically requested include: a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, as well as information confirming ownership of the payment method.
If you do not cooperate with the KYC process or submit false documents, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
Deposit Rules
Only approved payment methods may be used to deposit money at lg89. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- Users must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- The deposited amount should be credited to the account immediately. If there is any problem, contact the support team with the transaction reference number.
- Depositing money obtained through money laundering or illegal means is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
To withdraw money from lg89, the account must be verified and the bonus wagering requirements must be met.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
- Please avoid submitting multiple withdrawal requests at the same time — make the next request once the first has been processed.
Withdrawal from a bonus balance is only possible once the wagering requirements are fulfilled. For more details on wagering, see the bonus section below.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the account must be fully verified.
Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.
The welcome bonus can be received only once per user. If multiple accounts are created from the same device, IP address, or payment method to claim the bonus, all accounts will be closed.
Wagering Requirements
Before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn, a specified amount must be wagered. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.
- Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 20 times (20x).
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
- Not all games may contribute equally towards meeting the wagering requirements — check with support for the contribution rate of specific games.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn while wagering is still in progress.
If the deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.
VIP & Cashback Program
lg89's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier changes are based on play history and activity. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week and separate wagering requirements apply to it.
Bonus Abuse
lg89 takes a strict stance against abuse of the bonus program. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to convert a bonus into real money through low-risk bets in order to meet the wagering requirement.
- Artificially inflating wagering volume (for example, placing bets against two of your own accounts).
- Betting against each other (Arbitrage).
If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
Platform Use & Fair Play
Permitted & Prohibited Activities
lg89's services may be used for personal entertainment purposes. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited:
- Using any kind of automated software, bot, or script.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in any game's software.
- Defrauding or harassing other users.
- Attempting to attack or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Operating an account for commercial purposes or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
- Depositing money from illegal sources or money laundering.
Fair Play & Security
lg89 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair betting environment. All games on the platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensure every outcome is entirely impartial.
All users' personal and financial information is protected by SSL encryption. We do not sell or transfer your information to any third party.
Sports Betting Policy
lg89 offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to sports betting:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific Cash Out option is active on the platform.
- If a player withdraws from a competition before the match begins, lg89's decision on that bet is final.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
- If there is any dispute regarding a match result, the official announcement of the relevant international sports governing body will be considered final.
Account Closure & Liability
Account Closure Policy
Either the user or lg89 may close an account at any time.
- Closure at the user's request: Submit a request via support chat or email. Withdraw all eligible balance before closure.
- Closure due to responsible gaming: If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, request a Self-exclusion.
- Closure due to policy violation: If any provision of these Terms is breached, lg89 may close the account without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
lg89 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
- Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
- Account details being compromised due to the user's negligence.
- Losses arising from the actions of a third party.
- Services being suspended or restricted on the instruction of a government or regulatory authority.
- Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical issues.
However, if a user suffers a direct financial loss due to a verifiable technical error, an attempt will be made to resolve it through review.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any objection, please contact the support team first. We provide assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email ([email protected]).
If the matter is not resolved through support, the dispute will be referred to a formal review process. During the review, the relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
